WHAT YOU WILL DO As a ProRepair Bench Technician, you are technically oriented and responsible for receiving, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment in-house. You are dexterous, handling and repairing small equipment as well as assembling various components used in the dental industry. With strong electronics skills, you troubleshoot, align, and repair electrical equipment by following manuals and schematics. You stay organized, ensuring customer files are up to date, fulfilling parts on repair orders, and maintaining inventory and procedures according to company guidelines. In addition, you provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with other service technicians as needed. WHAT YOU BRING You have 2 years of technician experience in a service/equipment environment and hold a diploma in Electronics, Electricity or Mechanical technology. You are skilled in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing smaller equipment. You have a passion for learning about new industry equipment and materials. You are physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Thriving in a team environment, you enjoy helping in other areas as needed. Your favourite words are: repair, diagnose, inspect, electronics, mechanics, customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving, technical and small hand tools. *This position is based in our Concord Branch Compensation: The posted range for this position is 55,000$ - 60,000$ which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
