We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys hands-on, physical work * Has a strong mechanical aptitude * Prioritizes safety in everything they do * Can read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately * Is willing to learn a specialized trade Experience in rigging, fabrication, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or other physical work environments is an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. What You’ll Do: * Measure, cut, swage, splice, and test high-strength wire rope assemblies. * Operate mechanical presses, cut-off saws, and load-testing equipment. * Read job specs to fabricate custom slings and rigging hardware.
