We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes: * Competitive compensation * Generous RPP matching program 5% (after one year) * Full health and dental benefits (shared costs) * Great schedule-Monday to Friday 8-5 * Fun & engaging working environment * Supportive, safety-first environment * Ongoing training and opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities: * Fabricate slings, wire rope, and rigging gear to meet customer specifications * Conduct QA checks on outgoing orders and fabricated gear * Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards * Track shipments and manage order paperwork and production records * Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain accurate bin locations * Collaborate with other departments to meet customer deadlines and product requirements * Maintain rigging equipment and identify inventory needs What You Bring: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous warehouse and/or rigging experience is an asset * Leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial setting * Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with rigging equipment * Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. and work in varied environmental conditions * Valid driver’s license and forklift operator certification preferred * Basic math, organization, and computer skills for inventory systems * Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail The Hercules Group of Companies is a national leader in industrial lifting, rigging, material handling, and safety solutions, proudly supporting critical industries across Canada. Oversee rigging operations, including the fabrication of slings and wire rope to customer specifications. Manage warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and ensure all workspace safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude, with previous rigging or warehouse experience and leadership skills being assets. Must possess a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
