We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys hands-on, physical work * Has a strong mechanical aptitude * Prioritizes safety in everything they do * Can read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately * Is willing to learn a specialized trade Experience in rigging, fabrication, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or other physical work environments is an asset, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Qualifications * High School diploma * Hold a valid Driver’s License Class 5 * Forklift Operator Safety Training an asset * Be available for overtime when needed to meet customer requirements * Legally entitled to work in Canada What You’ll Do: * Measure, cut, swage, splice, and test high-strength wire rope assemblies. * Operate mechanical presses, cut-off saws, and load-testing equipment. * Read job specs to fabricate custom slings and rigging hardware.
