The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining lifting equipment and components in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes: * Competitive wage ranging from $20-$22/hour, depending on experience * Generous RRSP matching program 5% (after one year) * Full health and dental benefits (shared costs) * Great schedule-Monday to Friday 8-5 * Personal & Professional Development Opportunities * Fun & engaging working environment. * Free parking Key Responsibilities * Mange production area. * Follow all company health and safety guidelines and participate in routine safety training * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Perform and assist with shipping and receiving duties, including cycle counts * Assist store staff with customer orders when needed * Using computer system as required. * Prepare packaging and verify all documents before sending completed orders to shipping department * General Warehouse duties as required Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent with additional education and training considered an assets * Hold a valid Driver’s License Class 5 * Mechanically inclined * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Forklift Operator Safety Training an asset * Be available for overtime when needed to meet customer requirements * Legally entitled to work in Canada * Some basic rigging/tie down experience would be considered an asset The Hercules Group of Companies is a privately owned Canadian company, headquartered in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia; it is comprised of six distinct companies—Hercules Cranes and Lifting Supplies, Spartan Industrial Marine, Stellar Industrial Sales, Wire Rope Industries Atlantic and Atlantic Crane & Material Handling—with Hercules Machining & Millwright Services as a division of Hercules SLR.
