Job summary
We are currently seeking scalers with rope access and/or drilling experience to join the Norpac team. The locations of these positions can vary and will depend upon project needs. Most jobs are camp based with rotations that are site specific, travel and accommodation is supplied. Key Requirements: Previous rope access experience Dachs/bencher/plugger drilling experience is an asset Ability to work on a difficult terrain slope Ability to pass a pre-access medical test as well as a drug and alcohol test; note- site specific pre-access security checks are required in some cases Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment Valid Class 5 license Schedule: 10 to 12-hour shift Ability to Commute: Throughout BC and AB Work Location: In person, on site Requirements IRATA Level 1 (not required but considered an asset) OFA Level Fall Protection Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in a field-based environment Benefits Full extended health & dental + life and disability RRSP match Paid parental leave A chance to shape the future of slope stabilization in Canada Compensation: Pay range between $28 - $40 per hour depending on experience Overtime at time-and-a-half paid for time worked over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week Accommodation provided during shift, along with meal allowance

Requirements
Candidates should have previous rope access experience and drilling experience is considered an asset. They must be able to pass medical and drug tests and have a valid Class 5 license.
