RequirementsKey Responsibilities Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle Prepare and paint vehicle panels Buff panels as necessary Respray or touch up any damaged areas Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service skills Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required Expertise in paint application Proficient in color mixing and matching Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Valid, unrestricted driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Certifications – Qualified trade qualification for vehicle repair and painting. Perform minor vehicle damage repairs, including paint color determination, panel preparation, and spray painting. Travel to various customer locations to conduct on-site vehicle bodywork and finishing.

Candidates must possess trade qualifications or be near completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting. A valid, unrestricted driver's license and expertise in paint application are required.
