Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, structures, and safety systems, responding to emergencies and keeping facilities operational. Maintain records and work orders, coordinate with contractors and other departments, support seasonal staff training, and assist with lodge opening, closing, and winterization.
