Job summary

As a BAS Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to join our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor based out of our Hamilton, Ontario location. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, customer satisfaction, and the growth of the organization. You will work with critical building management, HVAC and security systems with the opportunity to work on a range of commercial and government buildings, healthcare facilities, airports and correction facilities. In this role you will help our customers to use technology to improve productivity and increase the value of services provided to our many different customers. The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell’s Commercial Controls Building Automation HVAC systems. What you’ll do

They will provide ongoing service support for building automation and HVAC systems across various commercial and government facilities.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in a related field and hold a Niagara Certification. At least two years of experience in field service, HVAC controls, and building automation troubleshooting is required.
