Hand-polish and deburr precision metal mold components to meet specified surface finishes and tolerances, using air-powered tools, stones, and abrasives. Measure and inspect completed parts, and where required, edit and operate CNC surfacing equipment such as micro-blast, honing, laser engraving, and sanding machines.

Assembly Technician

Assemble, fit, inspect, and test manufactured components and mold systems while developing assembly and flow-line procedures. Troubleshoot quality and process issues, support customers and product launches, implement continuous improvements, and train team members while upholding safety and productivity standards.

Test Engineering Technologist - Process Packaging

Plan, conduct, and analyze system-level and part-quality testing for new product development, including establishing process limits and troubleshooting defects. Support testing of new materials and applications, improve test plans and process guidelines, and assist with customer startups, system acceptance, and product launches.
