Design and develop mechanical assemblies, drilling equipment, and complete hydraulic systems, taking products from concept through detailed design, prototyping, testing, and production. Manage engineering projects, coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers, troubleshoot equipment, and support commissioning and continuous improvement.
