WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday (44-hour average work week) Occasional weekend work and extended hours during travel (up to 12 hours/day) No on-call requirements Frequent travel within Canada and the US KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Test HVAC units to ensure full functionality prior to deployment Start-up and commission HVAC systems at customer sites Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and components Detect refrigerant leaks and recharge systems as required Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation Perform pressure testing on piping and tubing joints Train customers, apprentices, and site technicians on system operation Build and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate service reports and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service and support QUALIFICATIONS Certified Journeyman Refrigeration Technician (or equivalent) Alberta Gasfitter “A” or “B” Ticket (asset) Alberta Electrician Ticket (asset) Valid driver’s license with clean abstract Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Must pass pre-access drug/alcohol screening and background checks Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Proficient with diagnostic tools and computer systems Ability to work independently and within a team TOOLS REQUIRED Company-provided service van Gas card and travel credit card Company cell phone and laptop All required safety gear WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Health, dental & vision coverage – premiums fully paid by ICE Western Paid vacation RRSP match Safety footwear & eyewear allowances Company events and team initiatives

Requirements
Candidates must be a Certified Journeyman Refrigeration Technician with a valid driver's license and passport for international travel. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to pass drug and background screenings are required.
