Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About the role We are looking for a Facility Technician II to join our growing team! This is an on-site position, five days per week, at our Vancouver office located at 200 Granville St. What you will accomplish with us: Participate and provide support in relocation and accommodation requests. Participate in the relocation of personnel, assist in the planning and organization of rooms and spaces in the building according to the requests received. Carry out the preventive follow-up of the installations and repairs necessary for the good functioning of the site. Performs various administrative and job-related tasks in accordance with current guidelines. Make minor changes in the physical layout of workstations. Manage the furniture inventory of our warehouse. Perform any other related duties as required. What you will bring: College diploma or any combination of equivalent education and experience. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of commonly used software including Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer. Experience in supervising the execution of development work. Excellent customer service. Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness. Good organizational skills. Good team spirit. Can work under pressure and with short delivery times. Can work with manual labor.
