Integrity's 700+ highly skilled team members operate out of 3 locations with 6 facilities throughout North America - totaling 155,000 sq.ft. Our Global Headquarters is in Oldcastle (Windsor), Ontario Canada. Plant #1 is home to our Program Management team, Advanced Manufacturing including hi- speed 5 axes CNC milling, hi-speed 3 axes milling, gundrilling, electrode manufacturing and EDM operations. Plant #2 is our Engineering, mold assembly and fully equipped mold Try-out facility with press capacity up to 3000 ton including a 1650 Ton Engel 4-shot rotary injection press. Our Advanced Design and Quick Response Units that handle engineering change, repair and preventative maintenance requirements are located at Plant #3. Integrity Tool and Mold Tennessee is a fully staffed 20,000 sq feet facility. This plant gives Integrity a southern presence to better serve our customers needs with state-of the-art equipment and 40 ton crane capacity. This plant operates 24/7 and is geared to handle new design and builds as well as any engineering change or repair work that is required. Our strategic close proximity to a large number of our customers results in quicker turnaround times, less travel time and drastically reduced costs. Our new 20,000 sq. feet facility in Queretaro, Mexico is fully staffed and equipped for mold design, mold repair and maintenance with 50 ton crane capacity and large capacity CNC, EDM and spotting equipment.

The Set-Up Technician is responsible for situating tools in the press and preparing molds for tryouts. They also run the press, pack parts according to customer instructions, and assist with press maintenance.

EC/Repair Moldmaker & Service Technician

Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced EC/Repair Moldmaker & Service Technician to join our expanding team. As an EC/Repair Moldmaker & Service Technician, you will be responsible for completing engineering changes and repairs on molds utilizing a variety of metal-working hand tools and machinery. You will work with your team, team leader and other team members to troubleshoot, problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement.
