Responsibilities * Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations * Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved * Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment. * Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required * Management and analysis of KPI’s Qualifications * 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics. * Post- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician. * Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset. * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions. * Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
