Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electronic Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of electronic systems within our Coil and Frac Equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our projects while utilizing your technical expertise. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: * Assemble, install, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems and equipment used to ensure equipment remains in good working order. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of electronic systems. * Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, instrumentation, sensors, and other electronic components. * Collaborate with operations to develop and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and productivity. * Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment. * Document maintenance activities, equipment configurations, and system changes accurately. * Maintains a safe work environment always following all Occupational Health & Safety requirements. * Mentor and train less experienced Electronic Technicians. * Perform other related duties as requested. * Travel to locations to perform emergency repairs on electronics and equipment. Job Requirements: * Certification and/or Diploma in electronics, electrical engineering or any other related field is required. * Experience in the Energy Sector an asset. * Basic IP network knowledge. * Various 4-20ma and Frequency Sensor Knowledge. * PLC system and control knowledge. * Perform repairs on equipment as needed in the field using hand and power tools. * Willing/able to travel out of town for work. * Be prepared to work extra hours if required and work in all weather conditions. * Must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently and be self-motivated. * Have clean class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract. * Pass a drug screening test.
