Job summary
Industrial Millwright Journeyperson The successful candidate will be able to support the installation of machinery as required, including assembly, set-up, and machine operation to verify functioning, machine capability and conformance to customer’s specifications. In addition, assisting with assembly and programming of machines in the shop. Job Duties & Responsibilities * Proactively complete maintenance work which includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and general repair and maintenance of all equipment to maintain quality and production levels * Troubleshoot equipment and miscellaneous downtime issues * Perform preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers' specifications * Read and interpret various textbooks, service manuals, and bulletins related to the performance of work Qualifications * Ability to perform and instruct in the operation, repair, rebuild and dismantle of all types of equipment and tools without supervision * Experience working with bearings, belt driven systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, pumps, etc * Stamping press repair, automation repair, maintenance of industrial equipment, preventative/predictive maintenance skills required * Ability to operate any and all equipment required to complete job functions, including tool room equipment * Must have extensive knowledge of air and hydraulic systems, air compressors and proportional valve repairs. * Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to implement hands on corrective action * Apprentices are welcome to apply

Requirements
Candidates must be a Millwright Journeyperson with extensive experience in industrial equipment repair and maintenance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on complex mechanical systems are required.
