Reference Number: 31963 Jardeg is recruiting a Millwright Journeyperson to join the Heartland Constructors team at Suncor Fort Hills near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a permanent position on a 7 days on, 7 days off shift schedule, 12 hours/day and day shift rotation. This is a fly-in/fly-out position with camp accommodation provided. Millwrights install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in sites such as factories, production plants and recreational facilities. Responsibilities Drive throughout the mine monitoring wells which can be water wells, Basal Wells Check, monitor and record pressures Leak detection Maintain generators at each well Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures Perform predictive and operational procedures Repair or replace defective parts Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Minimum Requirements Certified Millwright Journeyperson ticket Basal Wells experience would be an Asset Energy Safety Canada approved Elevated Work Platform Energy Safety Canada approved H2S Awareness or H2S Alive Mask Fit Test Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test Valid Class 5 Drivers License Perks Overtime available during turnaround season, vacation or school coverage Camp Accommodation Flights provided out of Edmonton and Calgary COME AND GET YOUR BOOTS DIRTY!
