Responsibilities

• Perform residential home inspections
• Identify and document visible defects and safety concerns
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients
• Prepare detailed inspection reports
• Travel throughout assigned service areas as required
• Networking with realtors and clients to secure inspections

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential construction and home building practices an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
• Previous inspection experience is considered an asset, but training and support are available for the right candidate

Experience in construction, carpentry, renovations, real estate, or related trades is highly valued.
