Education: College/CEGEP. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration engineering technology/technician. Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration maintenance technology/technician. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Manufacturing and industrial plant. Tasks: Complete and maintain station records, logs and reports. Instruct apprentices. Assist during routine systems testing. Assist in locating and isolating system problems. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment. Operate automated or computerized control systems. Regulate and co-ordinate transmission loads, frequency and line voltage. Regulate water levels.
