We are seeking a Relief Full Time Medical Device Reprocessing Technician | Perioperative Aide at Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson, BC. Days of work: Days, Evenings, Monday to Friday Shift times: 07:00 to 15:00, 07:30 to 15:30, 08:30 to 16:30 This is a relief position until the return of incumbent. You will perform a series of detailed technical duties related to preparation of the Operating Room (OR) theaters and the position and preparation of the surgical patients and related supplies/equipment. You will restock supplies in the theaters and storage areas and transport patients, specimens, equipment and supplies within the perioperative areas. You will support the surgical team regarding patient observations and interactions, and in the use, care and location of perioperative equipment and supplies. Where are we located?
