We’re looking for a Prep Technician Lead (Trade Shows, Exhibits & Events) to play a critical role in preparing and executing exhibit builds with precision, craftsmanship, and leadership. What you’ll be doing As a Prep Technician Lead, you’ll ensure all exhibit structures and components are expertly prepared, assembled, and show-ready whether in our facility or onsite at live events. Lead the in-house staging, installation, dismantling, packing, cleaning, and repair of exhibit structures and components Review staged projects to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions and build requirements Oversee the assembly and erection of exhibit structures and related components Travel to event sites to supervise installation and dismantle (I&D) of trade show booths and environments Operate forklifts and aerial lifts (e.g., scissor lifts) safely and effectively Supervise technicians and contractors within the Services team If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if… High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training is a plus 2 + years of experience in exhibit production, staging, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Hands-on experience with exhibit builds, trade shows, or live event environments Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to travel as needed Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
