Company operating name: Trista Business address: 31 Grandview Place SW, Calgary, AB T3Z 0A7 Title of the position: Residential Home Care Services Manager (NOC 60040) Job duties: • Plan and organize operations for residential services; • Monitor, direct and supervise staff, vendors, contractors and logistics for residential services; • Ensure quality control and that personnel follow service standards; • Plan and manage budgets for residential services and authorize expenses; • Restock supplies and manage suppliers; • Plan, coordinate and manage private functions; • Serve as the concierge for all guests; • Train administrative and service staff; and • Other duties assigned and consistent with the role.
