Help home and business owners recover after fire, water, and storm damage — and be part of something meaningful in your local community. Key Responsibilities Assist in cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties Set up, monitor, and operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Remove debris, damaged materials, and perform demolition as needed Perform basic construction tasks (drywall, flooring, painting, etc.) Maintain cleanliness of job sites and warehouse Communicate with team leaders and customers in a respectful, professional manner Document daily job activity using mobile app (training provided) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required) IICRC Certification is a bonus — we provide training and growth opportunities! What you’ll do

Assist in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, and storms. This includes operating restoration equipment, performing demolition, and completing basic construction tasks.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments like attics and crawlspaces.
