Manage ServiceNow requests related to framework agreements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.<br/></div><div>? Investigate and resolve transactional issues related to purchase orders, supplier data, and contracts.<br/></div><div>? Create, update, and maintain framework agreements, including adding, removing, and correcting items and pricing.<br/></div><div>? Support the framework agreement lifecycle, including renewals, updates, and expiration date tracking.<br/></div><div>? Ensure alignment and consistency of procurement data across sites, systems, and agreements.<br/></div><div>? Maintain high-quality procurement data by updating and validating material master data, including descriptions, units of measure, and manufacturer details.<br/></div><div>? Maintain high-quality procurement data by updating and validating supplier master data, including tax settings, banking information, and account structures.<br/></div><div>? Identify and correct inconsistencies to ensure system accuracy and compliance.<br/></div><div>? Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.<br/></div><div>? Support reporting initiatives, including dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics.<br/></div><div>? Contribute to the identification of material leakage and the improvement of automation coverage.<br/></div><div>? Serve as the primary point of contact for transactional procurement requests.<br/></div><div>? Collaborate with category analysts, specialists, and global support teams to resolve issues and implement changes.<br/></div><div>? Interact with suppliers to validate and confirm information when required.<br/></div><div>? Participate in supplier consolidation and rationalization initiatives.<br/></div><div>? Support framework agreement data cleanup and governance efforts.<br/></div><div>? Contribute to procurement process automation and standardization initiatives.<br/></div><div>? Participate in the development of Power BI dashboards.<br/></div><div>? Support the tracking, reporting, and execution of multiple projects.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Bachelor?s degree in a related field is an asset.<br/></div><div>? Experience in procurement, supply chain, or transactional operations.<br/></div><div>? 1-3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing complex data to support decision-making.<br/></div><div>? Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.<br/></div><div>? Experience with reporting, performance metrics, trackers, and the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and visualizations.<br/></div><div>? Experience participating in process improvement, automation, and standardization projects.<br/></div><div>? Strong understanding of procurement processes, including P2P, contracts, and supplier master data.<br/></div><div>? Advanced proficiency in Excel.<br/></div><div>?
