We are a fast-growing Information Technology Service Provider (Managed Services Provider) with a 31+ year history, that serves as the outsourced IT Department for businesses of various sizes. In addition to tech support, we manage every aspect of technology used by our diverse range of clients and are responsible for their computing environments 24×7/365. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, highly motivated Account Manager to help support our client base and sell additional solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our office at 28 Eugene Street, North York, ON. Language of work: English. This position requires availability for a flexible 35-hour work week, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Ce que vous ferez

• Grow, maintain and manage clients, guiding them through planned upgrades and migrations. • Build and promote strong, long lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Coordinate, prepare, participate in, and document business reviews with clients. • Create and present solutions and proposals to meet client needs for projects and services. • Prepare project quotes and plans for clients with assistance of technical team • Develop new opportunities within existing accounts, offering new products and services. • Conduct a smooth hand-off of new projects to technical team. • Collaborate with technical engineers to determine the best solutions to present to customer. • Collaborate with technical engineers to ensure client issues are addressed – act as a client advocate. • Maintain a positive customer service level second-to-none. • Keep CRM clean and up to date with current contacts/status/updates. • Adhere to our sales process. • Collaborate with marketing associate to determine campaign options to present to a customer. • Make follow-up calls to clients on marketing campaigns. • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among clients. • Report sales updates to President weekly. • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts and activity quota quarterly.

Exigences

• Minimum 3-5 years of solutions sales experience with account management responsibility • Minimum college diploma in business, technology, sales, or a related field. • Successful history working with small-medium sized organizations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets. • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals and sales targets in past sales positions. • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills, confident and goal oriented. • Comfortable calling on all levels of an organization (VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders) • Track record of success; building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools is a plus. • Familiarity with some form of quoting tool is a plus, but not required. • Knowledge of Managed Services and IT solutions is preferred but not required. • Excellent active listening skills • Professional attitude and appearance • Ability to work with customers to identify long and short-term needs • Ability to work with a broad range of solutions (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients • Ability to challenge pre-conceived approaches and present insightful perspectives • Solid time management and organizational skills • Reside in the Greater Toronto Area
