Now, we’re looking for a skilled Agriculture Equipment Technician at our Walton, ON location. Your expertise keeps their operations running smoothly and efficiently. Whether you’re in the shop or out in the field, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment — and to do it right. What You’ll Be Doing Every day brings something different, but in this role you’ll: Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment in a shop environment Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at its best Test, adjust, and rebuild components (engines, PTOs, axles, and more) Weld and fabricate parts when needed Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and solutions Create accurate repair quotes and maintain detailed service records Keep your workspace, tools, and company vehicles in top shape Continue learning through manufacturer training and certifications What You Bring You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys figuring out how things work — and how to fix them when they don’t.
