Role Description The Electronic Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Prince George, BC, responsible for the production, testing, and servicing of SpineMED® medical devices. The Electronic Technician is a primarily hands on position requiring most time dedicated to assembly of the electro-mechanical product, along with helping in the development, and answering & troubleshooting support requests. High skill level and experience in manual assembly of electromechanical and electronic components is necessary. Daily tasks include assembling and wiring electronic and mechanical components, performing soldering, and executing diagnostics on systems and sub-assemblies. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and electronic issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and completing repairs in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. The position also supports quality control processes, participates in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures that all work aligns with SpineMED®’s performance and compliance requirements. Some travel is required to provide onsite service of devices and support of field technicians. Qualifications Candidate must possess the following skills: - Exceptional mechanical aptitude - Proficiency in C# and C++ programming languages - Knowledge in SQL Database management and configuration - Proficiency with soldering on pcb’s and cable assemblies - Broad knowledge of Windows operating systems - High technical ability in trouble shooting and problem solving - High competency with written skills in order to maintain written documentation Beneficial skills for the position: - Skill in firmware coding in assembly language - Knowledge in PCB design - Familiarity with ISO 13485 environment and procedures Salary commensurate with experience.

Required skills include C# and C++ programming, SQL database management, soldering, Windows operating systems, troubleshooting, problem solving, and written documentation; firmware coding, PCB design, and familiarity with ISO 13485 are beneficial.
