Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and water heaters. Travel to jobs throughout the Greater Toronto Area and, as skills develop, gain exposure to more complex commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Part-Time Professional HVAC Service, Maintenance and Installation Technician. Armanch Inc. is seeking a skilled, curious, and growth-minded HVAC technician for a part-time, on-call role serving the GTA. This role covers service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of residential systems, including ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, tank and tankless water heaters, and related equipment. For technicians who demonstrate strong technical ability and a desire to grow, there will also be exposure to more complex commercial and industrial HVAC equipment over time. Compensation is $30 to $40 per hour based on experience, technical skill, and qualifications. Requirements include a valid Ontario G2 Gas Technician license or higher, hands-on HVAC service and installation experience, a clean Ontario driver's license, personal hand tools, and the ability to travel throughout the GTA. A background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline is a strong and particularly valued asset. A 313A or D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning license or current registered apprenticeship toward 313A or D is also a strong asset. Candidates based in or near South Etobicoke and surrounding areas may benefit from easier access to certain jobs and dispatches; however, applicants from anywhere in the GTA are welcome. We offer more than routine service calls; this role is designed for someone who wants to earn while significantly expanding their hands-on technical knowledge across a diverse set of HVAC service and installation projects. As the company grows, strong performers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a learning mindset may have the opportunity to move into a full-time position. To apply, please send your resume and a short note about your experience, licenses or education, and availability.
