Position Summary Mobile Transport Refrigeration Technician – Ontario, Canada $38.00 - $42.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits Are you looking to become a part of the fastest growing leader in the industry? Pay & Schedule Pay: $38.00 – $42.00/hour (based on experience) 310T - $40.00 - 42.00 310J - $38.00 - 42.00 Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Thursday Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm *On-call rotation covering 1 weekend every 5 weeks | $100 premium for on-call coverage Benefits of joining the Pro Team Industry competitive base wage with shift premiums Initial and ongoing training opportunities/career advancement Location transfer opportunities Competitive Medical and Dental benefit package Life insurance RRSP Program Company phone and tablet (mobile technicians only) Company uniforms Boot and tool allowance Promote from Within policy Referral bonus Professionally built, well equipped modern mobile fleet Job Duties & Responsibilities Mobile yard and service call work Troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of electrical systems Troubleshooting, diagnostics, testing and repair of components on transport refrigeration equipment, heaters Preventative maintenance and pre-trip inspections Testing systems for freon leaks, repairing and replacing components as necessary General maintenance and PM services Utilization of refrigeration equipment to test and charge freon systems Testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications Accurately entering and updating information in the maintenance software through the use of state-of-the-art web-based tablet system Communicating effectively with co-workers, customers and service managers Other duties as required Qualifications 5 plus years experience in transport refrigeration repairs Valid Driver’s License in good standing Ozone Depletion Certificate preferred Own tools and storage device Good written and communication skills Pro Reefer is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) committed to employing a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture. Ce que vous ferez

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on transport refrigeration equipment and electrical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance, pre-trip inspections, and update maintenance records via a web-based tablet system.

Exigences

Requires at least 5 years of experience in transport refrigeration repairs and a valid driver's license. An Ozone Depletion Certificate and ownership of tools are preferred.
