Our robust sales and service teams, coupled with a comprehensive parts inventory, ensure exceptional support for our valued customers We are currently looking for a full-time Parts Technician to join our team at Bobcat of the Peace in Grande Prairie. As the Parts Technician, you are responsible for: Providing excellent customers service in-person, over the phone, via e-mail, or through Kenect by assisting them with their parts inquiries Processing customer’s parts purchases using Point of Rental (POR) and in accordance with Rentco’s procedures Supplying service technicians with parts ordered through parts requisition forms Verifying received shipments by checking order against shipping documents Reporting stock levels to Service Manager or Branch Manager, following up on shortages and reporting shortages to Manager Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge through dealer specific training Keeping parts department stocked and orderly by maintaining min and max levels You have the following education, training, and skills: Journeyman/Journeyperson Parts Technician (preferred), or equivalent demonstrated experience Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and Windows Excellent attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Able to perform basic mathematical calculations Able to lift up to 50 lbs. ​​​​​​​Bobcat of the Peace offers: Competitive wages (Journeyman- $40.20/hr.; 3rd year- $34.17/hr.; 2nd year- $30.15) Comprehensive benefits RRSP/DPSP program Stable, year-round employment with great hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00am- 5:00 pm and a Saturday rotation from 8:00am -12:00pm) Free rentals and employee discount Promote from within policy Employee Referral Bonus Fantastic team to work with Monthly cake days to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries You're busy—and we get that! Requirements

A journeyman/journeyperson Parts Technician qualification is preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience. Candidates should have intermediate computer skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, customer relationship skills, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
