Full-time Vancouver V9B About The Role We’re hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Power Washing & Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team at Clean Break Home Services. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of exterior cleaning services — including power washing, window cleaning, gutter care, and soft washing — for residential, strata, and commercial clients. You’ll be part of a professional, insured, and community-driven company that values quality, safety, and customer experience. What You’ll Do Perform exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter flushing. Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently. Follow proper ladder, safety, and environmental protocols at all times. Deliver photo-based reports and ensure client satisfaction on every site. Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members. Support teammates on-site with preparation, cleanup, and coordination. Spot potential issues (e.g., damaged gutters, siding wear) and report them for follow-up. What You Bring To The Table 1–2 years of experience in exterior cleaning, power washing, or general labour (training available). Comfort working at heights and with ladders. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality results. Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely outdoors year-round. Commitment to professionalism — uniformed, punctual, and respectful.
