As a Machine Operator, you will be able to: Use the appropriate machine (Brake Press) to cut and/or bend various materials used in the production process. Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize scrap set up and adjust machines and equipment. Perform basic maintenance. Assist in other fabrication stages as workflow demands. Sand and deburr pieces as required. Maintain accurate records of completed work orders. Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Ensure the quality of all parts conform to specifications. Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance. Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements. Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices. Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time. Candidates must have the ability to use hand and power tools and read a tape measure to 1/32 inch tolerance. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
