Pacific Ropes Inc. is seeking an experienced and safety-focused IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our team for work at Shell Scotford near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. As a Level 3 Technician, you will be responsible for leading rope access operations, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with IRATA standards, and completing inspection, maintenance, and construction-related tasks in an industrial environment. Responsibilities Supervise and lead rope access crews in accordance with IRATA guidelines. Conduct pre-job hazard assessments and safety meetings. Perform rope access inspections, maintenance, and support services. Ensure proper use, inspection, and documentation of rope access equipment. Maintain compliance with client and site safety requirements. Mentor and develop Level 1 and Level 2 technicians. Complete required reports and daily field documentation. Qualifications Current IRATA Level 3 Certification. Valid Fall Protection certification. Current H2S Alive and First Aid/CPR certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working in industrial, refinery, or petrochemical environments.
