Employee discounts on tires, services, and additional perks Responsibilities Perform inspections and maintenance, including checking inflation, tread wear, and overall condition to ensure tire safety, efficiency, and performance Communicate services performed by providing insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services for commercial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support Adhere to Kal Tire’s safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence Qualifications Must have experience operating a Crane/Boom truck Experience in commercial tire installation, repair, and maintenance is considered an asset but not required Hold a valid driver’s license for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks Excelling in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently Demonstrating a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and promoting a secure workplace culture Possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges Kal Tire uses AI tools to support parts of recruitment, including but not limited to job posting and pre-screening.
