Industry‑Leading Earning Potential Our pay model is designed for high performers: Earn up to $190,000+ annually through flat rate + production bonuses 26 flat rate to start, with the ability to reach up to 32 flat rate at top production levels Bi‑weekly performance bonuses for surpassing production hour thresholds Quarterly material‑efficiency bonus Experienced paint technicians regularly bill 480+ hours per month Your skill, speed, and consistency directly translate to higher income.
