At Kraken Robotics, we design advanced subsea imaging, battery, and robotic systems used around the world. We’re growing our engineering team and looking for an Electrical Engineering Technologist/Technician to contribute to the design of mission-critical electronics for next-generation ocean technologies. You’ll report to the Engineering Manager, Newfoundland (10+ years in subsea systems engineering). What You’ll Work On Design and development of electrical systems within our Remotely Operated Towed Vehicle (ROTV), Katfish Designing wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for ROTVs and their associated topside control equipment, considering factors such as signal integrity, thermal management, and EMC/EMI compliance. Direct activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements. Developing test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and performing validation to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
