Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Saskatoon, SK. The Service Technician will perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance and repair services at customer locations, ensuring systems function safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting plumbing problems, and completing field service calls such as installations, replacements, and adjustments to fixtures, piping, and related equipment. The role involves interacting directly with customers, explaining findings and recommended solutions, and documenting work performed and materials used. The Service Technician will also follow safety protocols, maintain tools and company vehicles in good working order, and collaborate with team members and the office to schedule and prioritize service calls. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for plumbing systems and related equipment. Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose and resolve plumbing issues. Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including working on-site at customer locations and managing service calls. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally. Relevant plumbing trade certification or apprenticeship, or progress toward such credentials. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices. Ability to use hand and power tools safely, and to work in varying environmental conditions. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record suitable for local field work. Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
