Maintenance Technician

We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Maintenance Technician within our London, ON operation to help support our Automotive business. This is a Rotating Shift position. The Maintenance Technician maintains equipment lifetime by implementing preventive maintenance measures ,as well as improvements and ensuring the efficiency and availability of machines and other equipment. For the role of Maintenance Technician, we are seeking a candidate who: Is a certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A Certified. Preference would be given to candidates with experience in these areas: 2+ years or more work experience as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright Experience with industrial automation in an automotive manufacturing facility, with wire or tube bending equipment, robotics (Fanuc), vision inspection systems, injection mold machines (Engel/Multiplas), electronics/electrical repair are all considered assets Compensation Wage is $41.00/hour per the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Annual raises. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure equipment lifetime. They focus on improving the efficiency and availability of machines within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be a certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A. Preference is given to those with 2+ years of experience and expertise in robotics, automation, and injection molding.
