Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Join our team as a Field Service Technician and help keep businesses, workers, and facilities safe. You'll service and maintain critical fire and life safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc. across the GTA and Hamilton Area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, technical service experience, or a trades background who wants to build a career in the fire and life safety industry. What You'll Do Inspect, service, and maintain fire and life safety equipment at customer sites and in our Oakville facility Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs Complete inspections, testing, commissioning, and service documentation Educate customers on equipment operation and safety best practices Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and experience in a service, maintenance, technical, or hands-on role Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with tools, equipment, or mechanical systems Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using mobile devices and technology in the field Ability to work independently and manage service calls Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, criminal background, and ongoing compliance screening Fire protection, safety equipment, industrial maintenance is considered an asset but is not required.
