We're looking for a motivated Landscape Labour Technician to join our growing team. This is more than a labour job. You'll learn practical landscape construction skills while working alongside experienced Foremen, Crew Leads, and Technicians to build beautiful outdoor spaces. From patios and walkways to retaining walls, water features, planting, and complete backyard transformations, you'll be part of projects that homeowners are excited to come home to. No landscaping experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, hardworking, physically capable, and willing to learn, we'll help you develop the skills you need to succeed. What You'll Do You'll work as part of a team to build and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces. Your Work May Include Installing softscape elements such as sod, soil, mulch, trees, shrubs, and plants Building hardscapes such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other landscape features Helping with deck and outdoor structure installations as required Measuring, preparing, cutting, and handling materials accurately Operating small equipment and power tools such as compactors, saws, drills, and other job-site equipment Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment Helping prepare and maintain job sites throughout each project Keeping work areas clean, safe, organized, and professional Performing basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance or repair needs Following company standards for safety, quality, and installation techniques Learning new skills and taking on greater responsibilities as your experience grows Pitching in wherever needed to help the team complete projects successfully Every day is different—and every project is an opportunity to learn something new. What We're Looking For We're Looking For People Who Are Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment and changing weather conditions Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, dig, and stay active throughout the workday Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with measurements and materials Safety-minded and aware of potential job-site hazards Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Organized and able to manage time and priorities Comfortable communicating with team members and understanding workplace safety instructions Willing to learn how to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery Interested in building a long-term career in landscaping, construction, or the skilled trades Experience & Licences Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour experience is an asset—but not required A valid Class 5 driver's licence is required Class 3F with Air is an asset Trailer-towing experience is an asset, but training may be available for the right candidate Not sure you're qualified?
