Title Repair Technician - Guitars Department Guitars Hours Full-time permanent Availability Required Weekdays, Weeknights & Weekends Location 3060 Davidson Court, Unit #1 Burlington, ON Job Description Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear that was purchased from Long & McQuade Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to musical instruments or gear from our store demo stock and rental inventory Use our common sense approach with customers to troubleshoot and solve problems Answer telephone calls and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and detailed computer records of all active repairs Follow up on parts orders with suppliers Assist co-workers in tracking repair related shipments to and from the store Maintain a clean and organized workplace Job Requirements Must have previous experience and training in the repair of musical instruments or gear Proven strong work ethic and commitment Ability to take initiative and work independently Positive attitude and steady composure Good organizational skills and attention to detail

What you’ll do

Requirements
