The Field Service Technician provides on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for heavy mobile mining equipment. They are responsible for performing corrective actions, commissioning equipment, and maintaining professional relationships with customers.

Drafting Technician

The CAD Technician will update drawings and models for parts books and after-market kits while adhering to engineering change notice processes. They will also assist senior designers, organize CAD files, and support the creation of product and maintenance bulletins.

The Shop Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mobile mining equipment within the workshop environment. They also provide technical support, mentor apprentices, and ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
