The technician will install, commission, and troubleshoot filtration systems and machinery at various customer sites. They are also responsible for providing remote support, completing service reports, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Install & Commission Install and commission filtration systems, machinery, and wear-material components at customer sites Assemble and prep equipment in-house alongside the Engineering team Complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before every job Service & Troubleshoot Inspect, service, and repair equipment on-site and remotely Diagnose equipment and component failures, and lead root cause analysis Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers Travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and internationally Support & Grow the Business Complete detailed service reports after every site visit Support the warranty process and follow technical procedures Promote K Factor products, services, and OEM spare parts Spot new sales and future-work opportunities in the field Engineering/Technology diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with filtration equipment 5+ years in an applicable industry, ideally in field service, installation, commissioning, or a factory setting Solid grasp of the industrial/mining aftermarket and its customers Comfort reading prints and technical drawings Strong customer-facing communication skills Solid computer skills Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel Long-term career growth in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Exceptional range of opportunities as we expand globally A safety-first culture that puts employee well-being first Room to stretch, learn, and make a real contribution Small team, big impact — your work ships fast and matters Entrepreneurial, hands-on culture — no red tape, no bureaucracy Extended health care On-site parking Room to grow as our automation and panel shop capabilities expand

Requirements

Candidates must have an engineering or technology diploma/degree or equivalent hands-on experience with filtration equipment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a factory setting is required, along with a valid driver's license and passport.
