ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: McDougall Energy is looking for an experienced Service Technician Lead Hand to join our team in Teeswater. The Service Technician is an integral member of the Service team responsible for providing exceptional service with an unwavering focus on safety. Their technical skills will be a crucial part in delivering our commitment to our customers. Reporting to the Service Manager, responsibilities include: * Completing regulatory inspections Oil “comprehensive”, Propane “gas check”, Commercial Fuel“ PFO Inspection” * Senior field technician who combines hands on technical work with crew leadership * Participates in training and mentoring / coaching Service Technicians and new hires * Reporting of any personnel issues to the Service Manager * Completion of TSSA Technician Audits as required * Completion of Job Observations for Service Technicians * Maintaining propane tanks; purging, re-valve, reconditioning * Completing other duties as required * Adhering to all safety policies and procedures WHAT WE OFFER: We offer career growth and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. Requirements

Candidates must possess a G2 Gas Technician license and 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Additional assets include OBT, PM3, LP licenses, DZ driver's license, and experience operating boom or fork trucks.
