Perform field surveys for resource, construction, and engineering projects, including topographic surveys and layout of alignments. Collaborate with Project Managers to meet objectives and utilize emerging technologies like drones and LiDAR for data collection.

Lead and produce detailed engineering designs for municipal and infrastructure projects while managing the full project lifecycle from planning to completion. Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and support business development through client relationship building and strategic pursuits.

The role involves collecting accurate survey data in the field using conventional and advanced technologies like LiDAR and RPAS. In the office, the technologist processes this data to produce legal plans, drawings, and other project deliverables.
