The Industrial Engineer focuses on the continuous improvement of company processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of satellite assembly and test operations. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement productivity tools and ensure process consistency across corporate sectors. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean principles, and the ability to obtain security clearance for Controlled Goods and ITAR are required.
