Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems, and lead process definition, validation, and qualification from quoting through full production. Manage capital equipment projects and collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, and suppliers to ensure production readiness, process capability, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
