We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Sr. Denture Lab Technician to join our Essex Quantum Dental Lab in the Tecumseh and Windsor, ON area. This position offers growth opportunities including potentially developing into a key leadership role in the denture department. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Responsibilities: Denture partial and Implant Denture set-ups/waxing/finishing and overall knowledge of over-denture and attachments Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment Ability to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated Communicate via phone or in person with clients to discuss case details Provide training to other techs as needed to meet desired standards All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a dental laboratory setting, with knowledge and understanding of all aspects of removable prosthetics including partial, flexible partials, cast partial dentures and repairs/relines Experience with digital denture workflows and CAD/CAM technologies preferred High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 20 lbs Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities High School Diploma or equivalent MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
