Lead on-site AV installation projects from mobilization through commissioning, including cable work, equipment mounting, rack builds, system testing, and troubleshooting. Direct and mentor installation crews, maintain accurate project documentation, communicate progress to project managers, and support clients through service calls and training.

The Lead AV Technician is responsible for the on-site execution of audio-visual installations, including cable management, equipment mounting, and system commissioning. They also act as the primary technical escalation point, providing mentorship to installation crews and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
